The Easy lift Drum Hauler continues to grow as a dominant tool in production areas. With its power drive, lift, clamp and rotation, the unit makes the task of lifting and dumping drums effortless.The basic operation in production areas and batch making:In most scenarios an operator can drive the very compact unit to a pallet/containment pallet and clamp a steel, poly or fiber drum with the use of a hydraulic clamp. The clamping jaws of the unit have a vulcanized rubber which keeps smooth sided plastic or fiber drums from slipping through. Once the drum is engaged the operator can simply power drive the unit to dump areas and navigate within tights areas, go through standard doorways and even go up/down inclines. Once they are in designated area they can simply lift the drum to desired height and use the rotation feature to dispense the content from the drum. The rotation of the drum is also hydraulically driven so it can be stopped at any point in its rotation and maintain that position throughout the dumping process. Once you have reached desired amount rotate the drum back into the upright position, set it down and grab the next drum from the pallet. What makes this unit nice is all of this is achieved with the use of buttons. Since the unit is counterbalanced you can reach over pallets to grab drums so there is no need to man-handle drums ever again. With these easy electric drum lifts anyone can handle any drum virtually any where.The Drum Hauler barrel dumpers can be equipped with an optional drum scales so if there was ever a need to meter out products for a batch, you can do so safely and efficiently without having to enter tares.Other Available options:
