With the Drum Hauler battery roll out station you can use your Drum Hauler or Roll Hauler in 3 shift operations.The standard battery life of the Hauler is 16 hours of continuous use which allows that third shift time for re-charging. For those around the clock packaging operations where there in no downtime for the unit to charge, we offer a battery roll-out station.By adding conveyor to the unit an operator can easily remove the battery from the unit and roll a FRESH battery back into position while the other battery is recharging.

Simply pull the quick cotter pins and remove the easy adapters to start handling your smaller drums or pails with quickly. * works with all RCR style jaw systems for Drum Hauler and EasyLift Drum Dumper models.

The Easy lift Drum Hauler continues to grow as a dominant tool in production areas. With its power drive, lift, clamp and rotation, the unit makes the task of lifting and dumping drums effortless.The basic operation in production areas and batch making:In most scenarios an operator can drive the very compact unit to a pallet/containment pallet and clamp a steel, poly or fiber drum with the use of a hydraulic clamp. The clamping jaws of the unit have a vulcanized rubber which keeps smooth sided plastic or fiber drums from slipping through. Once the drum is engaged the operator can simply power drive the unit to dump areas and navigate within tights areas, go through standard doorways and even go up/down inclines. Once they are in designated area they can simply lift the drum to desired height and use the rotation feature to dispense the content from the drum. Read more…
