Transport containment units with Overpack Drum Dollies, series DRUM-SP. Designed to hold drum spill containers. These dollies roll smoothly on four swivel casters. Steel construction. Powder coat finish.  The Containment Units, model SSC-55, are specially designed to contain leaks and spills from 55-gallon drums during plant transport and storage. Either a fork truck or Overpack Drum Dolly can be used to transport the containment units. Overall size of container: 30¼” x 26″

For use with 30 or 55-gallon plastic, steel or fiber drums. These economical stands offer a unique design for storage of drums with their special understructure that allows for transporting of drums with either a pallet truck or forklift. Fork tine lock tabs minimize the possibility of the drum stands accidentally tipping while being transported with a forklift.

The Drum Stand also allows for single drum stacking for easy storage of drums up to three drums high (empty stands are nestable and stackable). Capacity is 1,500 pounds with a welded steel construction. Stands are painted with a powder coat safety yellow paint finish.

Morse drum heaters conduct heat through the drum wall to the product inside. You can adjust the thermostat to automatically maintain the correct temperature. Heaters available for various sizes from a 5-gallon pail up to a 55-gallon drum. Heaters can operate at higher temperatures and work faster on metal or plastic drums. Drum Heater Uses:

• Heat the contents of steel, plastic or fiber drums
• Melt or preheat process ingredients
• Control viscosity or temperature for handling processes
• Heat drums to protect against freezing
• Speed flow of liquids
• Promote dissolution and reduce residue
• Typical Applications for electric drum heaters and pail heaters are chemicals, oils, greases, fats, molasses, adhesives, plastics, mastics, resins, syrups, and a variety of liquid food products.

The AEC Portable Ventilation Unit >> is a hand-truck type unit that provides high-velocity, high-flow dust collection for local operations. The unit is explosion-proof, and can be available in multiple capacities. It’s designed to work with the EHS ventilation sleeve and dust collection systems for ultimate performance.

Morse Manufacturing offers a full line of Drum Dollies just right for any application. Find the right dolly for your 30 or 55-gallon drum, and even a dolly for a 5-gallon pail. Simply place the drum on the dolly and move the drum around in a safe fashion using one hand. This is a perfect application for putting drums on the floor level of a racking system.

The ventilation sleeve is harnessed to a transport cart in the portable ventilation system to provide local dust control for dispensing operations.

• The sleeve is mounted on a vertical mast and can be positioned directly above a receiving drum or vessel to provide local dust control during the transfer process. The sleeve can also be rotated, within limitations, to provide accessibility to the receiving drum.
• For weighing operations where the ventilation sleeve can’t rest any weight on the top of the receiving drum, this configuration allows the sleeve to suspend above the drum. The drum liner of the receiving drum can be pulled up and around the sleeve to improve containment (see photo).

The ventilation sleeve can be harnessed to the special packaging and broad-based cart drum manipulators to provide local dust control for dispensing operations in an integrated ventilation system.

With a quick and easy Chimeless Drum Strap you can lift just about any drum or container using one of our many Eagle Grip attachments or Drum Handlers.

Within seconds you can place the Chimeless Drum Strap on the drum and ratchet it down so their is no slippage. Once its secure simply lift the handle on the strap as if it were a Chime on a regular drum.
