Morse 27 and 28 Series 55-Gallon Hand Drum Pumps
Double-action piston drum pumps are self priming, delivering on both the forward and the back stroke. It takes less than 5 cycles to yield a gallon (3.8 liters).Each Morse 26, 27, 28 Series 55-gallon hand pumps and Pump or Barrel Pump is made in the same style and has the same action. Morse drum hand pumps and barrel pumps vary only in their materials of construction, consisting of specific polymers and elastomers for resistance to certain types of chemicals (please refer to the drum pump chart below).
These steel racks have two way forklift access. Not recommended for stacking more than 2 racks high. All steel construction with 1/4″ formed steel drum cradles. Bolt together assembly with hardware included. Works well with the Hydraulic Drum Stacker and the Drum Positioner. Powder coated yellow.
This product allows one person to lift, transport and dispense fully loaded 55 gallon steel drums with ease. It features a manual foot pump hydraulic lift and rolls on 4″ rear swivel casters and 8″ front rigid wheels. There is a hand crank on the 60″ model and chain rotation on the other models to rotate the drum 360°. All models feature a boom attachment which stores on the outriggers. The blade is angled for maximum penetration and flattens the cut edge so there are no sharp or jagged edges. Replacement blades available, model DDB-1.
The Lift-and-Dump Hydraulic Drum Dumper is what you need to dump drums at variable heights. The HLD works similarly to the HDD but includes a lift cylinder that allows you to dump at various heights. Low Profile Spill Decks are designed to catch spills. Model VLPDP-2448, has a volume capacity of 9 gallons, while model VLPDP-4848 has an 18 gallon volume capacity. Manufactured from chemical resistant polyethylene. Removable decking standard.
DM-1100
Model BLD-80 is a Brass Drum Lock that contains a zinc plated rod. The solid 1/2″ rod catches the outer lip of the drum to prevent the device from being removed from the drum. Contains a 5/16″ hole which accepts most standard padlocks. Padlock not included.Model DTL-22 contains double seals which minimize chance of contents contamination and secures drums against hazardous and toxic materials. The solid head design accepts 1/2″ rod to prevent unit from turning when in use. Made of polycarbonate.
Model FDT-22 can be used to lift both 30 and 55 gallon steel drums with either an overhead chain or hoist. This unique lifting system holds drums securely with a locking safety handle.
The Crane/Hoist Drum Lifter has an automatic mechanical operation. Great for positioning, drums in and out of overpacks. Steel construction with spring loaded arms for safety. Accommodates steel, plastic or fiber drums. Overall dimensions are 16″W x 91?2″L x 211?2″. Drums weighing over 500 lbs. must have top lid secured before lifting.
