The top of the line Eagle 4 Series of lift truck attachments incorporates heavy-duty Eagle-Grip double articulating clamping mechanisms for handling any steel, plastic or fibre chimed drums in high volume applications. These units provide the safest available method of lifting and transporting any chimed drum.
The clamping mechanisms are completely mechanical requiring no hydraulic or electrical connections. Each drum is gripped with two upper and lower jaws in heads which are spaced about 6 inches apart. The swivel action of the Eagle 4 Series is operator friendly permitting pickup of misaligned or slightly separated drums. The Eagle 4 Series is strongly recommended when handling fibre and plastic drums in excess or 600 lbs. and light gauge open head steel drums.
Morse Manufacturing offers a full line of Drum Dollies just right for any application. Find the right dolly for your 30 or 55-gallon drum, and even a dolly for a 5-gallon pail. Simply place the drum on the dolly and move the drum around in a safe fashion using one hand. This is a perfect application for putting drums on the floor level of a racking system.
Secure the VERT-O-MATIC DRUMASTER to the lift truck. Contact the drum(s) with the arms about six inches below the rolling hoop. Drive up snug and lift. Holding is maintained by the gravity force of the drum(s) on the gripping arms. Bouncing, jarring or other rough handling may dislodge drum(s). To disengage arms, lower the drum(s) to a solid surface, and continue to lower the VOM (vert o matic drum lift) about six inches before withdrawing straight back.

A rotating drum handler is a manually-propelled, straddle-type unit that centers the load between the wheels for maximum balance and safety. Lifts and rotates 360o. Available as manual, battery, air or AC-powered handler. Battery-powered model requires 12-volt deep cycle battery and plugs into a standard grounded outlet (battery included). Air-powered models require an outside air source and is ideal for spark-resistant applications and requires outside air source. Optional floor lock available. 78” or 90”-high units handle steel, plastic & fiber cylinders 14” – 24”.
