With the Drum Hauler battery roll out station you can use your Drum Hauler or Roll Hauler in 3 shift operations.
The standard battery life of Drum Hauler is 16 hours of continuous use which allows that third shift time for re-charging. For those around the clock operations where there in no downtime for the unit to charge, we offer a battery roll-out station.
By adding conveyor to the unit an operator can easily remove the battery from the unit and roll a FRESH battery back into position while the other battery is recharging.

With a quick and easy Chimeless Drum Strap you can lift just about any drum or container using one of our many Eagle Grip attachments or Drum Handlers.
Within seconds you can place the Chimeless Drum Strap on the drum and ratchet it down so their is no slippage. Once its secure simply lift the handle on the strap as if it were a Chime on a regular drum.

Easy lift offers two models for the safe handling of steel, poly and fiber drums on/off pallets. The EasyLift and Easy lift Economy models allow an operator to grab various size drums on and off of pallets with just a few foot pumps. Just about anyone can handle 600, 800 or even up to 1,000 pound container without having to touch the drum or support the weight of the drum as commonly seen with the 2 wheel drum dollies. Since we are working with 3 sided cabinets it becomes difficult to load drums since we don’t have access to the corners and they are typically elevated. If the operator needs to move a pallet simply set the attachment down, back out and begin moving pallets. With its power drive, lift, clamp and rotation, the unit makes the task of lifting and dumping drums effortless.The basic operation in production areas and batch making:In most scenarios an operator can drive the very compact unit to a pallet/containment pallet and clamp a steel, poly or fiber drum with the use of a hydraulic clamp. The clamping jaws of the unit have a vulcanized rubber which keeps smooth sided plastic or fiber drums from slipping through. Once the drum is engaged the operator can simply power drive the unit to dump areas and navigate within tights areas, go through standard doorways and even go up/down inclines.
